What if I lose the gift card?
When you place your order, you will also receive the voucher code in digital form. If you lose the gift voucher, you can still use it. If you would like a new physical voucher, please contact us.
Is it possible to select a value other than 25€ or 50€?
We have made a conscious decision to have our gift vouchers printed and not to offer PDF vouchers for self-printing. This corresponds to our understanding of quality.
However, if you are happy with a voucher in purely digital form (sent by email), we can offer you variable voucher values.
