Our Arabica is characterized by its slightly chocolatey taste. This is rounded off with nuances of orange and cardamom . After grinding, a fine coconut scent is in the air.
The coffee is gently heated by drum roasting at a low temperature. The aromas can develop optimally . The coffee simply tastes better and all without the formation of tannins.
Our Arabica comes from Cầu Đất, in the highlands of Đà Lạt . There it is harvested at 1600 – 1900 meters above sea level.
