Our KEO is characterized by its particularly chocolatey aroma. The smell is reminiscent of milk chocolate and toffee with nuances of apricot . It tastes sweet and nutty with notes of dark chocolate .
The coffee is gently heated by drum roasting at a low temperature. The aromas can develop optimally . The coffee simply tastes better and all without the formation of tannins.
Our Arabica comes from Cầu Đất, in the highlands of Đà Lạt . There it is harvested at 1600 - 1900 meters above sea level. The Robusta grows in the fruity volcanic soil of Buôn Ma Thuột in the central highlands of Đắk Lắk province.
